Therapy Kinections is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Patient (Client) Scheduler to join our growing team.
In this position, you will play a key role by representing the company on the phone and in person at our office.
Our clients are an extension of the Therapy Kinections family, and this role must exude this same level of customer service commitment.
This position will manage the scheduling of new and existing clients to ensure the highest level of integrity in meeting client needs and maintaining therapist scheduling standards.
Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as a high level of experience with details relevant to maintaining and growing the client base for the Company.

Greet clients, fellow colleagues, and professionals with enthusiasm and a positive disposition.
Complete requests by greeting clients, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments, and input client data accurately.
Maintain schedule accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate via phone calls, emails, and other means of communication the establishment of new clients.
Maintains client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential (HIPAA law compliance).
Utilize software effectively and efficiently to manage scheduling for the Company.
Communicate with clients regarding insurance coverage and/or billing guidelines, new client intake and medical history paperwork, and appointment and cancellation policies of the Company.
Maintain and keep up-to-date Cancellation / No Show log.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, faxes, letters, and forms as needed.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.

Specific Scheduling experience is a plus, however, it is not required if the candidate possesses qualities consistent with a fast learner as excellent training will be provided.
Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
Ability to effectively use computers with solid knowledge of Microsoft Products, and in-depth proficiency.
Independence, initiative, and inherent problem-solving abilities.
This position will typically work Monday through Friday, 9:
30am - 6:
00pm.
Scheduling variations may occur during seasonal changes.
