Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to answer calls from customers Strong clerical skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred Marketing experience is preferred Utilize computer skills for tasks such as sending invoices and estimates, maintaining a shared schedule, and order entry Create posts for the company Facebook account Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
-Some experience with marketing is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
