Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Laborer of varying skill levels to join our growing company.
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in an outdoor setting.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to use hand and power tools, move heavy material around, paver and stone installation.

Responsibilities:
- Paver and stone installation - Planting shrubs, trees, and flowers - Assist with general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials - Operate hand and power tools - Mix cement & mortar - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently - Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Be able to lift 100 lbs - Mini excavator / skidsteer opration knowledge is preferred but not required - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Perform basic masonry tasks such as mixing cement & mortar, digging References are encouraged.
