We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle all customer service related end-customer contacts received by telephone, fax, mail and email with the highest level of professionalism.Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests regarding products, orders and returns with the highest level of professionalism and working with customers to determine which products, accessories and plan of action best serves their individual needs. Other responsibilities include:Displays professional customer support skills and always maintain professional interactions with Garmin customers and co-workersAccurately describe Garmin product features, capabilities and applications to customers Use a variety of systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issuesReport any and all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain department and company image and philosophy to the publicIdentify and recommend improvements in Garmin products, documentation and proceduresRemain current on changes in policies, procedures, and product offeringsHandles customer orders from customers, enters and processes sales order through Garmin systems with a high level of accuracyMonitor alarms for all clients & servers to ensure website and applications are performing as desiredCollect Data on FBO fuel pricingAbility to work flexible hours to accommodate 24/7 customer service support operation Candidates for this role will possess a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Candidates must possess a positive attitude and an ability to serve as a team player with demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
